Factors affecting customer behavior To research customer behavior effectively and accurately, a necessary and important activity is to identify factors that affect customer consumption behavior. Influencing factors can come from inside or outside such as: Personal factors Personal factors are often factors derived from customer characteristics that influence purchasing behavior. Personal factors are very diverse, they can be age, gender, profession, appearance, personality or perspective, lifestyle.  behavior Personal factors influence customer behavior For example, at different ages and genders , customers will have different needs for different products and services. For the nature of the work of each profession, customers will tend to consume appropriate products. Besides, appearance and personality factors will also affect the decision to purchase products and services that customers choose.


Each lifestyle, each experience will also lead to different consumption behavior. Psychological Email Data factors The main psychological factor is the customer's ability to perceive, comprehend and react to marketing messages from businesses. Psychological factors can come from perception, comprehension, motivation, belief or attitude. In particular, you need to pay attention to customer perception . Besides, motivation or belief and attitude will also motivate customers to act after forming a need for products and services. From there, customers will go to actions in the shopping process.

Social factors Social factors can be considered factors that represent customers' income levels, deeply influencing their behavior.
